A fantastic hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, who always tried to assist and did. In particular one of the hotel’s receptionist, Sunny Sun organised taxis, recommended restaurants and liaised with her colleagues who did not speak good English on ways to assist me. I would certainly stay here again.

比较开心的一次入住体验，酒店前台给房间免费升级，入住后房间非常乾净，衞生都是经过消毒后的，采光非常好，又是临湖房间，夜景也很美。早餐品种丰富，味道也是非常好。最开心的是服务态度非常好！下次还会继续入住这家希尔顿酒店……

清明回乡，看到这里新开了希尔顿欢朋，就选择了这个酒店，去年开的店，衞生、设施啥的都是很不错的，早餐也比较丰富。酒店旁边就是万达，吃饭购物啥的都很方便，并且离孝感东站很近，十二三分钟左右就能到。 这次入住的时候，前台小姐姐很好的帮我们升级了房型，整个入住体验是很好的，下次回来还会来住，希望能保持下去。

这家酒店很值得推荐，酒店就在万达广场附近。旁边是个很大的绿地公园。酒店设施比较新。很乾净。床睡着也很舒服，能感觉到床单的洁净和新。早餐也不错。吃了帖子里被推荐的重油烧卖，还真是好吃。

服务没话説，从酒店门口一下车就有人主动上前提行李，到办入住有大堂经理随时提供帮助，再到坐在大堂等候时热情的递一杯饮料或水，临走又帮忙提行李上车。还有被图上这张手写纸条温暖到。宾至如归的感觉，推荐！ 设施：很新，房间照明控制设计很好 衞生：乾净衞生
